Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified value.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Customers can track their orders through the courier partner's website.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Luxza Jewelry is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact Luxza Jewellery within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
Lost shipments will be investigated with the courier partner before a replacement or refund is issued.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Force Majeure
Luxza Jewellery shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or transportation disruptions.
RETURN POLICY
At L Luxza, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly provide:
> Order number
> Clear photos or videos of the product
> Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Earrings worn after delivery (for hygiene reasons)
Customized or personalized jewellery
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards and promotional items

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.
If the original product is unavailable, customers may choose another item of equal value or receive a refund.
